The Media Circulation Rate indicates the speed at which the filter media moves through the system.
A normal range is between 2-15 mm/min. Values outside this range might require attention.
When you receive an alert, first check the type of alert in the logbook. Each alert has specific
handling instructions. For urgent matters, contact our support team directly.
You can export filter data by going to the Details page and clicking the 'Export Excel' button.
This will download a spreadsheet with all your filter data for further analysis.
Go to Settings > Account Settings to customize your notification preferences. You can choose
which alerts you want to receive and how you want to receive them.
